What's New? "Mr. Dr. Kasper" Teaches for Metro

Jonathan Kasper filled an interim position with Metro Nashville Public Schools last spring, serving as Music and Arts Instructor at Buena Vista Enhanced Options Elementary School.

Now, back to teaching guitar, writing songs, recording and promoting albums full time!

Jocelyn Kasper in MYTH

Jocelyn Kasper was part of the prominent Greek Chorus in the world premiere of MYTH: A New Musical produced by Blackbird Theater Company. Written and directed by Nashvillians Wes Driver and Greg Greene with music by Vanderbilt's Michael Slayton, MYTH is the story of the fall of the gods from Mt. Olympus.

Diana Neely has joined Vox Grata Women's Choir. That's Diana (pink scarf) fourth from the left top row in this performance video.

Rebecca Ashworth starred as the wise mandrill RAFIKI in The Lion King, Jr., USN's middle school musical this summer.

Helen Schley performed her third annual piano recital for friends this spring. Great job, Helen!

As always, we had a blast with our summer camps for kids, Guitar & Piano Jam and Songwriting for Kids. Here, kids are partnering up to begin a fun jam.

Kaspermusic piano students ready to rock the house on their spring recital.

Jocelyn Kasper's new two-hour workshop, THE EMBODIED VOICE, offered monthly, is based on her extensive work connecting voice to body.

She is excited to be reprising the classes she created in the 1990s, Vocal Aerobics™ and Nashville Singing Circle™.

Kaspermusic Hosts Frame Drum Wisdom...

On the first and third Tuesday of every month, KasperMusic Conservatory hosts Karen Renée Robb of Frame Drum Wisdom, as she facilitates a sound circle of vibration and healing energy. All are welcome, 6:30-8:00 PM.

...And Sing-Along Parties

By popular demand, the Kaspers now host four sing-along potluck parties a year, based on their well-attended annual holiday tradition.

KasperDogs Cross Over Rainbow Bridge

Both our darling dogs departed this spring. TIBA, our fluffy redhead, age 15, and MERCY, our longhaired blackie, age 10. Our house is so quiet now, but we are ever grateful to have had them grace our lives.
